Annie’s Bed and Breakfast, St Kilda, Melbourne, is situated on a narrow strip of land between the sandy shores of Port Phillip Bay and the vast parkland surrounding Albert Park Lake. It is one of a group of restored 100-year-old Federation houses. The accommodation consists of three well appointed, air-conditioned and hydronically heated bedrooms with ensuite facilities and a choice of single twin, queen or king sized bed. There is a wireless facility for laptop computers.

At Annie’s Bed and breakfast we invite you to enjoy our gourmet breakfast menu, which draws on fresh produce from local shops and markets. Relax in the cosy atmosphere of the front guest lounge with a glass of wine, tea or coffee. A TV and video are in this room. and coffee and a well-stocked library available for holiday reading.

From Annies you can discover St Kilda on foot or on bicycle - the busy and vibrant atmosphere of shops, restaurants/cafes, night clubs, Luna Park, Albert Park and the Motor Grand Prix racing circuit, golf links and the heated salt water sea baths. There is the famous St Kilda beachfront with fishing, sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing or swimming. Take a 15 minute tram ride to Melbourne’s CBD and explore the uniqueness of Melbourne’s culture. Melbourne in winter delivers a feast of cultural events, theatre, art gallery and museum attractions, the writers’ festival and the annual Melbourne Festival. In Spring there is the world renowned Spring Racing carnival. St Kilda is a pick up point for tour buses headed into Regional Victoria – the snow fields, the Yarra Valley wineries, the Mornington Peninsula beaches, wineries, lavender and strawberry farms, the Ballarat goldfields, the Great Ocean Road and the Penguins at Phillip Island. Deposit:
50% of total tariff. Deposit not refundable.

Cancellation policy:
Given seven days or more notice, bookings may be transferred to another date with extra 10% booking fee.
