Elwood Beaches is a one bedroom, luxurious, self contained bed and breakfast in the bayside location of Elwood, approx 9km south of the city. Hosts Bev and Michael Constable are on site to welcome you and ensure your stay is truly enjoyable and comfortable. At the same time, your privacy is assured with private entrance and self contained facilities. The accommodation is particularly spacious providing a lounge/dining room with open fire, separate bedroom with a luxurious queen size bed, a well equipped kitchenette with cooking facilities and washing machine, pebbled ensuite with dual shower heads and your own private courtyard.
Pets are welcome by arrangement. Wireless broadband internet is also included in rates, just bring your own laptop. Other features include pay TV, a range of books, magazines and CD’s/DVD’s for your use during your stay, and a lovely garden outlook from the lounge/dining room.
Elwood Beaches is ideally located to enjoy a walk along the foreshore, have a hit of golf, catch a tram into the city or sip a latte around the corner in cosmopolitan Elwood Village. All are within easy walking distance.

Tariff includes a gourmet breakfast hamper on arrival and interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week. (GST not included).

Deposit:
30% or minimum of AUD $165. Balance: On arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Deposit not refundable if less than 30 days notice of cancellation or date changes.
